Professional Therapy Services

Individual Therapy Services
$150.00

Samantha works with individuals who feel unable to relax, disconnected from themselves or others, or drawn to a more holistic approach to healing. Treatment integrates traditional talk therapy with somatic practices such as breathwork and sound healing, supporting both emotional well-being and nervous system regulation. This approach honors the body’s innate capacity to release stored stress and trauma, fostering greater calm, confidence, and connection.

Samantha also works with individuals in recovery from substance abuse. Samantha has work experience at a substance abuse treatment center and has been trained in trauma-informed treatment approaches to guide therapeutic interventions. Samantha strongly believes in the use of CBT techniques to challenge our thoughts and behavior, as well as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to overcome past traumas.

Samantha offers a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients can increase self-awareness, process past experiences, and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

Samantha has experience as a school-based therapist providing mental health services directly to those in need at elementary schools in the Parkway School District. Samantha is enthusiastic about using a strengths-based approach when working with children. Samantha utilizes P.A.C.E. techniques (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, and Empathy) when working with children to foster a healthy therapeutic relationship.

Sound Healing Therapy

Somatic Work

Somatic therapy is a type of psychotherapy focused on the mind-body connection and physical sensations when healing from emotional trauma, stress, or anxiety.

The main belief of somatic work is that trauma can be stored in the body, rather than just the mind, and can be released through breathwork, sound healing, and sensory awareness.

EMDR can also be considered a somatic technique, utilizing eye movements and bringing awareness to the body, while processing trauma memories.

Sam is trained to utilize these techniques when working with individuals on various mental and physical health challenges.

Dedicated to Compassionate, Results-Oriented Therapy

The practice integrates cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based, and trauma-informed frameworks to deliver targeted interventions that align with each client’s unique goals.
